What is Race.ph?
Race.ph is a website that allows race organizers like you to quickly create a web page for your race, then accept online registration and payments instantly.
How do we sign up?
Please email us the complete details of your race at .
What do we get?
You will get your own race web page, containing the complete details of your race. More importantly, it will have an online registration form, which can accept credit card payments.
The web page will have easy-to-remember URL in this format: www.race.ph/your-race. You can use this URL to promote your online registration in your marketing materials and social media accounts.
Once everything is set up, we will help promote your race in our Facebook page.
When online registrations start coming in, you will have access to the Dashboard, an online app that allows you to manage your registrants. (See "What is the Dashboard?" further down.)
How much does it cost?
It is free to get listed on Race.ph. To accept online registrations and use the Dashboard, there is no up-front setup fee. For every successful online registrant, a flat rate of PHP 10 + 2% (of the registration fee) will be applied. This means you only pay if we are able to sell slots to your race.
Sample computation: If your registration fee for 10K is PHP 300, our fee 16 pesos (10 + 300x2%) for each successfully registered 10K runner.
Can you list our race without accepting online registrations?

What are our runners' payment options?
- Credit Card (via PayPal)
- Bank Deposit
- Money Remittance (e.g. M/Cebuana Lhuillier, Palawan Express, Western Union, LBC, etc)
- Globe GCash
Can our runners pay through Credit Card?
Yes. Credit Card payments are processed by PayPal.
Do our runners need to have a PayPal account?
Yes, but don't worry because the payment page will have two options the runner can choose from:
- "I have a PayPal account" - will allow a runner to use his/her existing PayPal account, if any
- "I do not have a PayPal account" - will ask the runner to enter his/her credit card information and will create a new PayPal account for him/her.
How are credit card / PayPal payments processed?
When a runner makes payment, the money is transferred to the PayPal account of Race.ph. We will remit to you the amount at regular intervals. The final remittance will be done after the race has concluded.
Can you channel our runners' payments directly to our PayPal account, instead of the Race.ph account?
Yup! But it has to be a Business or Premier account, not Personal. This is a Paypal restriction, not ours.
What are the transaction fees?
For credit card or PayPal payments, PayPal charges 4.4% plus a fixed PHP 15.00 per registration.
For offline payment types (e.g. Bank Deposit, money remittance), there are no transaction fees.
Who shoulders the transaction fee - us or the runner?
It depends on you, the organizer. This is a setting that can be changed easily.
- If your registration fee for 10K is PHP 300, the total amount payable by registrants if you shoulder the fee is PHP 300, which gives you PHP 272. When the Race.ph fee of PHP 10 + 2% will be deducted, you will net PHP 256.
- But if you would like the registrant to shoulder the transaction fee, the total amount payable by the registrant is PHP 328, which gives you PHP 300 pesos. When the Race.ph fee of PHP 10 + 2% will be deducted, you will net PHP 284.
Can you channel our runners' payments directly to our Bank account?
Nope. You need to have a PayPal Business or Premier account, and your bank account should be linked to that PayPal account. With this setup, it's easy to withdraw funds from your PayPal account to your bank account.
How and how often will you remit to us the money?
We will deposit it to your bank account. We will remit every time it reaches PHP 7,000 (this is a PayPal restriction) for at most once every two weeks.
What do I need to provide to accept Bank Deposit and other offline payment types?
For Bank Deposit, please provide the Bank Name, account type, account name, account number. For money remittance such as Lhuillier, please provide the recipient name, address and contact number. For Globe GCash, please provide the account holder name and phone number.
Online Registration Process

Every time a runner registers online, his/her details are saved in the database. You will then receive an email informing you that someone has registered.
If the runner chose to pay via credit card or PayPal, their registration status will be automatically set to "Paid" and they will receive a confirmation email, which they need to print out and present to you when claiming their race kit.
If the runner chose an offline payment type (e.g. Bank Deposit or money remittance), his/her registration status is "Pending". The runner will make the payment, then email you the deposit slip or receipt. Once you receive it, you will login to the Dashboard, and manually change their status to "Paid". The runner will then receive a confirmation email, which they need to print out and present to you when claiming their race kit.
How do I view the list of online registrants?
Just login to the Dashboard using your email address and password.
What is the Dashboard?
The Dashboard is a system that we provide to organizers like you so that you can easily manage your race registration.
When you login to the Dashboard, you will see the list of online registrants. You can then perform tasks like assigning race bib numbers and processing payments (even canceling and refunding).
The Dashboard also contains useful graphs with useful information, such as how many have registered per distance/category, how many registrants are Pending or Paid, and how much money you have collected so far.
The Dashboard is accessible anytime, anywhere, even on your mobile phone. And the information therein is always up-to-date.
Can I use the Dashboard to input On-site/Offline registrants?
Yes. We even recommend it, so that you will have one centralized master list for your runners. You will also be able to send email announcements to all your participants with just one click.
